Our Process
We carve every sign with precision using the STV CNC Blaster, creating crisp, dimensional letters and logos. After carving, we hand-finish each piece and add custom paint or luxurious gold foil, giving your sign a polished, professional look that lasts.
For a different effect, we also offer a sandblasted style. Instead of carving, a sandblaster removes the material around your design, creating a raised or dimensional effect. This process requires skilled handling of compressed air tools and produces a distinct, textured finish that complements the clean look of carved signs.
The Product
Carved signs are typically made from rigid PVC or high-density urethane (HDU), a dense, durable foam board. HDU is especially well-suited for exterior use, as it resists moisture absorption, cracking, and warping in harsh weather conditions. Your custom design is precisely carved into the material, creating a clean, indented, dimensional effect that adds depth and character to the sign.
